Damages or Defacts

We are very sorry for your loss. Due to the nature of our products, there is always a possibility of damage during transportation. We assure you that we do our best to inspect each product before packing and shipping. However, we do not accept any returns or refunds once the product leaves our studio. Lost Items

Please email contact@nestalike.com or contact us through the Contact page if you believe your order was lost. Please notice that our team will try to help you to solve the problem, but we bear no responsibility for any lose during delivery.

Cancellation

If your order has already been completed and paid for, we’re sorry, but it can no longer be canceled as our team is already working on arranging delivery for you.
